The price of silver will vary depending on the purity of your silver. To find out the purity take a look on the on the inner side of your jewellery for a number which will tell you the purity (eg 925). A hallmark stamp will also be found here which will confirm the authenticity of your silver. This information will help us to provide an accurate valuation of your silver jewellery or items you send free of charge in the post to us. But if these marks are not there then don't worry; we can still give you a price for your silver following further examination.
The price of scrap silver is exactly the same as new, but the value will of course depend on the silver's purity.
